Lavender Plants

Lavender flowers - the product of lavender plants - are almost everyone's favorite flowering herb with its beautiful shades ranging from purple to blue to rose to white. Papa Geno's Herb Farm grows forty different varieties of lavender plants for enjoyment in the garden, as fragrant fresh cut bouquets or as a dried flower in potpourris and wreaths. Most Americans don't know that lavender plants produced an important culinary herb up to the 20th Century; Papa Geno's Herb Farm still uses lavender flowers in our Herbs de Provence herb blend.
